Hitek Systems Ltd was officially formed as a Limited Company in 2008, but the Owners / Directors have been involved in the PC / IT Industry for more than 14 years (back since the days of DOS and Windows 3.0).
We know how frustrating it is to TRY dealing with many other company's who do not have years of technical experience, so instead we tend to only offer the products we personally know, love and recommend. There are many items out there we would never want to use ourselves or build systems with, so instead of even offering those to you (our clients) we simply just don't.
Our aim is to be a PREMIUM Supplier of Best Value Performance PC Components for the price. We don't aim to be the cheapest in the market, however we believe our Top Service, Expert Knowledge, Helpfull Friendly Team and Good Prices for the best prices makes an un-beatable combination. We only have people on the team who have a good technical understanding of the products we sell & supply, as theres nothing more frustrating than being stuck talking to the sales guys who've never actually used or laid their hands on the products they're trying to sell you.
Hitek Systems Ltd has a Technical Services division available to perform Labour / Technical Services to you seperately, so if you are wanting us to build up your new gaming system, or diagnose your faulty PC etc then feel free to contact us and we'd be only too happy to assist. Our daytime charge out rate for Technicial Services is $100 + GST Per Hour.
If there are products your interested in purchasing that you don't see on our website, please let us know as we'd be only too happy to source these for you and list them for you to purchase. Our range of brands & products we supply is ever increasing on a weekly / monthly basis so we look forward to your feedback about other great products that YOU THINK we should be supplying :)
